Shipping & Returns

sruble Shop Shipping:

* Regular Orders: We try to package and ship orders for the sruble Shop in 5-7 days or earlier if possible. We'll email you when it ships and provide a tracking number if applicable.

* Pre-Orders: We will ship your pre-order when it's available. (There will be an estimated ship date on the listing.) We'll let you know if there's a delay and will email you when it ships, with a tracking number if there is one.

sruble Red Bubble Shop Shipping: Please look for the shipping information from RedBubble when you check out, as the timing is determined then.

sruble Shop Returns:

No returns on stickers or original art, unless they've been damaged in shipping or don't arrive. 

1. If there's damage, please reach out (hello@sruble.com) within 10 days of delivery so I can help to fix it or replace it. Note: If the art is damaged and needs to be replaced, it will take time to remake the art before sending to you.

2. If your order doesn't arrive and the tracking says it has, please check with your local delivery company. If they don't know where it was actually delivered and/or can't find it for you, please reach out (hello@sruble.com) to let me know.

3. If your order doesn't have tracking (stickers) and doesn't arrive within a week of shipping, please give it a few extra days in case the mail is slow. If it still doesn't arrive, please reach out (hello@sruble.com) to let me know.
